Terence Sheehy is Deputy Chief of Operations for Dare County EMS. He has been in fire service since 2006, including positions as Ocean Rescue Supervisor, Firefighter, and Lieutenant. Sheehy holds a Bachelors of Science in Emergency Medical Care, and a Master's in Public Administration.
